We are looking for a Change Management and Coaching specialist to join a high-impact strategic project in the financial sector within an international company.

This role will play a key part in the creation and development of an internal consulting unit in Portugal, leading complex, large-scale transformation initiatives.

Mission
Lead and develop an internal consulting unit in Portugal
Translate strategic vision into concrete action plans
Drive complex transformation projects, ensuring tangible results
Contribute to the creation and growth of the local team


Key Responsibilities
Define and implement change management strategies in strategic projects
Ensure change adoption across teams and stakeholders
Deliver individual and team coaching to strengthen leadership skills
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions
Contribute to the development of methodologies, services, and best practices
Actively participate in building the internal consulting function in Portugal


Profile
Minimum of 5 years experience in change management and certified coaching
Proven experience in complex organizational transformation projects
Experience in consulting environments (team-building experience is a plus)
Knowledge of the financial sector (preferred)
Experience in international environments
Fluency in English and French (mandatory)


Conditions
Hybrid work model (on-site presence approx. 8 days/month)
Location Porto
Working hours 9am6pm
Base salary aligned with professional experience
Fixed-term outsourcing contract
Initial project of 6 months, renewable
Meal allowance 8.60/day
